The meeting with imec is to discuss a “new” strategic plan.
Original plan was to develop a megabit chip and initiate a commercial transaction. The feeling is the original goal is about to change and any change that does not include an acquisition will mean another 12 to 24 months.
The performance metrics achieved do make 4DS memory highly attractive for an acquisition. Why are we not yet talking with Intel, Western Digital, TSMC, Micron and so on about numbers??
The next announcement needs to be clear and precise about how we get to acquisition and why this new strategic plan benefits shareholders. This is the least 4DS can do for its long term shareholders.
