the megabit success announcement just states "discuss strategic plans", which would be completely normal in the flow of a project when completing a major milestone and moving to the next one.
without going back and listening to all the podcasts again, is there something ive overlooked?

how do you know we arent talking acquisition? imec may be the facilitator of this. discuss strategic plan maybe be in relation to acquisition strategy.
