This will probably not add a thing to our limited "enlightenment" but it is interesting to hear a bit more about the Canon approach which it claims reduces power consumption in manufacture and reduced total costs; compared to ASML.
I wonder if 4DS has had someone report on the possible compatibility of the company's imec/4DS chip to the new Canon technology? Guess we are unlikely to ever know.
