IMO, There will be no purchase ( just yet) more testing and more development is to, has to come to prove the versitality of the cells in various setups, we dont have that , what the meeting at imec will be for is priority time on the fab with clear pathways from the wafer ntype right through to finished diode you are looking at 20 plus steps and you want industry to know the cells work in all forms. its a guess, but I say another year BUT priority at imec is big news ( if true) it means others get bumped off and wee 4ds goes to top of the class, that alone makes industry sit up and take notice and is worth a good bump is SP ( IMO)
