I'd like to know the company that has cash to splash on a theoretical idea that has no apparent need in the market. Dram is incumbent and shows no sign of slowing down. Fabs have billions already invested in production lines for dram and are not particularly profitable right now. Look at the bigger picture here, it's not marketable. At best the ip will languish in somebody's back catalogue.
