If it's all so standard why did fail at 40nm, going to 60nm will need to bring out the machine from the 90s. Dram is cheap efficient with lots of legs. Creating a market in-between current encumbents is nearly impossible. There are better techs already for compute on chip functions. Ask BRN how that is going.
