It seems to be Paterson's selling to Dingyi (Golden) at a prearranged 20c price from the broker data. Most of the trades came from off screen and were made up of 500,000 share parcels. It is not random selling.
Premier Capital Managers Ltd had the 20,244,434 shortfall shares allocated to them. Paterson's would be selling these on their behalf I assume?
