Has the seller at 20c run out of shares to sell?
Dingyi have stopped buying it seems, even when they could currently pick up 450,000 shares at 19.5c.
Dingyi can still buy 5,965,907 shares before they hit the magic 20%, so it begs the question, why aren't they buying up these final few that are available below 20c??
