you put it on your teeth yuyu. Didn't work very well though. I work for Australia's leading pharmacy retailer....can not mention the name, but we did not sell much of this product in any of our over 200 stores.
would be fantastic to see an effective patch on the market that everyone could afford. but hey if you are a dentist you probably have a different opinion....Right????
