Anything is possible.
My view is that SYR would have a few suitors currently, some real, some 'tyre-kicking'.
The pressure right now is on SYR and to buy SYR is to buy risk (and pressure). Graphite is yet to be proven to be profitable, by anyone - SYR will be the first to prove it (IMO).
I understand the hope is that it gets bought today for a song of approx. $2-3 and may be worth $10-20 whenever this EV market hits its straps.
From the purchaser's perspective, Ideally, it will be bought for a little bit more than today's rate, once those that have today's risk and pressure show positive relief - it would be silly for a purchaser to buy before that, as they can just watch at the moment and act really interested.
Time and patience are with the purchaser(s), I feel.
