I believe come the second half of this year we'll potentially see the results for Nifty and/or Maroochydore. Personally I don't think "cracking the metallurgy" is too far out. We could more than likely currently conduct it, albeit just not at the desired efficiency that Barry's thinking of. But worse comes to worse...

We have an initial 6.3 year LoM for oxide excluding the recent drilling campaign. As Barry's stated in a recent interview, there's the potential increase the oxide component to an ~8 year LoM. That means free cashflow increases from $540m to ~$691m for that period.

With 8 years and ~$691m spare, there's almost no chance that Barry won't get the heap leaching to an acceptable standard by then given his experience. 8 years is a long time. A really long time. By the time we need to move onto the sulphide 20+yr Mine, I expect the Maroochydore and Murchison / Nanadie Well mines to be operational.

And don't forget- the ~$691m free cashflow is based off a copper price of $9,000/t ($4.08/lb). Currently the price is $10,381/t ($4.71/lb).
