    Historical inflation of $85 million (2010) to present day value equates to $104 million. And that's a fair point regarding lead times. Equipment readily available now has a premium. Considering it was still operational up until November 2019, and then placed under care and maintenance, it should be in good condition.

    I suppose fetching a sale price $100m from the sale of assets is reasonable after all.

    In regards to why this isn't done before financing... The concentrators a backup plan. Plan B. Financing will likely cause minimal (if any) dilution, so there's not much to worry about. I expect the full amount, or close to it, to be debt financed. Once the leaching is 100% guaranteed, we can safely sell the "Plan B" for $100m and use that as a monetary injection to kick-start Maroochydore etc.
