    Compared to all other prospective producers, $150m is nothing. It's a very low risk project. A simple restart within a tier 1 mining jurisdiction.

    With a IRR between 37% [$9,000/t] and 49% [$10,000/t] and considering copper's currently at $10,450/t, forecast to increase even further... If CYM was backed into a corner filled with bad choices; a high interest rate beats any dilution occurring at these levels.

    It'd be crazy for financial institutions during inflationary periods with tens of billions of dollars in their banks to not invest it into low risk projects in order to preserve their capital. And when you consider that Copper is an excellent hedge against inflation - you'd be silly for not wanting to debt-finance the whole thing. But that's of course all IMO. We'll just have to wait and see.
