There's no saying when a raise could occur. This could be at these price levels. This could be at 50c a share. IMO it'd be unnecessarily dilutive at these levels.
But considering we've got access to $200m + $50m in non dilutive funding to chew through first, I would suspect IF raising is required, it'll be done much further down the track.
Not to forget that we've got the concentrator worth "a couple hundred million" to sell in 6 months time if everything goes to plan.
