Remember, Bazza may be working with more than one party for finance. There might also be an offtake component with/or without hedging. An extra few weeks may greatly benefit shareholders in both the short and long term.
And finally; an extra month to get finance sorted is nothing for a mine that's gonna be producing for the next 30 to 40 years.
