the only reason to sell now is if you doubt finance will be secured. with all of Barry's commentary we've been led to believe there will be financing - what it looks like is of course unknown. things may have changed in the last several weeks and terms may not be as favourable - but I'm betting on it coming through.
the sequencing of announcements and the CR have been unfortunate and the SP and SH confidence is taking a battering because of it. however, the the panic feels a bit overdone, as do the non-holders' posts.
