Yeah, its a bit harder to compare like for like given the market sentiment's changed since and we all know what's happening with current inflationary environment.
But it's a decent point Bison raises - there's an extremely low sovereign risk factor comparatively, and the LoM is expected to be 30+ years including the sulphides. This should definitely allow some room for negotiation on our end.
Interestingly, since securing funding at roughly the end of Q1 2019, WAF climbed ~400% in the first year.
