"Bagged AVZ and blah blah blah and they went up spectacularly"

Yes. Key difference here between CYM and AVZ is that AVZ has no chance of ever building effective logistics infrastructure. In a best case scenario where they did build a road, they would need to rebuild that road every single year. This is not economic and not realistic. AVZ will never happen.

Second point to note is CYM, in Barry's interview made us all aware that structural steel is now a 2+ year wait. So while CYM will be up and producing in 1 year, AVZ and the likes are still 3+ years away from any realistic production (assuming they can fly 6% concentrate economically) to getting product to market.

Third point is CYM needs AUD 100 million to begin production. They have 50 million cash on their balance sheet which is more than enough to secure the other 50 million debt they need which Barry has updated the market several times they have been offered on a number of occasions. Copper is a better understood and accepted product for banks and lenders than lithium which has exceptionally volatile pricing. AVZ is no where near securing 50% to 70% of the cash component to build the project let alone the development of the road.

So why did AVZ share price go up? Because every single lithium share price went up. You could have bought any number of 12 lithium companies and in most cases had better gains than AVZ. Enjoy the next round of massive dilution from your executives as well as further cash equity capital raises to develop AVZ.

    So in summary.

    1. CYM has the cash required and brownfield site to realistically get funded and begin production in 1 year.

    2. AVZ does not have the cash required, has a 2+ year wait on structural steel, has no road, is in a politically unstable country and exposed to a very volatile commodity price.

Good luck with your ranting. Super happy with the team and likelihood of success at CYM.

Hope this answers why as an investor I personally would never touch AVZ with a 10ft barge pole and think that CYM is the next medium cap copper producer (of which there are no others out there).
