In the worst case, I think Nifty, Maroochydore and Paterson will go back to MLX who own 36 mAUD in convertible notes (2025). Well, I hope these notes are guaranteed by these assets, but I haven't found this information. And as an MLX shareholder, I hope Nifty will restart and the notes will be paid.
