In the latest interview Bazz said it is now a matter of aligning docs of the prepayment facility with the senior debt and that should be done in January and then the funds will be available in the bank.
Glencore was a different deal and i suspect Glencore may have their sights set on taking over CYM at some time and may have been a bit tactical in their dealings with CYM at the end of 2022.
