Admittedly I don't know much about Cobalt, so please provide correct or relevant information if it's wrong.

But from what I can uncover, Maroochydore's oxide is 0.070% cobalt.

For a quick comparison, I'll briefly go through a similar company..

Australian Mines Limited Sconi Project's 2017 MRE was 0.06% cobalt. (ASX: AUZ.. $107m MC).
Currently, their pits range between 0.03% and 0.11%, with an average grade of 0.08% as of the 2019 MRE.

For reference, they've just recently secured an off-take of 700/t cobalt (+7kt Nickel)) per year for 10 years. They are seeking finance by July 2022 and are aiming for production between Q2 and Q4 2024.

From my brief understanding - it appears a grade of 0.070% is feasible. With further exploration, CYM has the capacity to increase the resource and grade. CYM in theory, could launch a similar cobalt (+20ktpa Copper) mine within a similar time frame of AUZ, following the initial success of Nifty producing 20ktpa.
