I'm not talking about driling. Companies have been short a little at times on drill rigs but for the most part the delay is the labs. Where are IGO aircore results if labs aren't under the pump? almost every company has had deal with assay delays.
CYM have had no trouble drilling either. My comments were purely towards resources needed staff wise and contractor and consultant wise for the development and approval phase.
