If you look at the program and work back (ie major milestone - construction commences September) then it is essential that the environmental approvals get in this month because it will take the government probably 3-4 months to grant approval (some have said 6 months but I think the government will give it a little priority as it is a job creation project - but hey, could be wrong). It is a non-controversial proposal to start Nifty and all Indigenous and vegetation clearances have been given so it should be a slam dunk. They have also done a lot of work with the government so there should be no surprises in the proposals from the government's perspective.

Anyway, we will see soon. If we can get approvals in the 3-4 month timeline, they could start construction earlier. Which means the finance needs to be in place soon. Baz mentioned he's got the virtual data room done and they are discussing Term Sheets so hopefully this will come through sooner.
