The Restart Study is a major de-risking event. There are plenty of investors waiting on the sidelines for a detailed report as opposed to speculating on the possibilities. Should the study prove favourable - I don't see the share price being 13.5c any more.
A detailed report showing just how fantastic of an investment opportunity Nifty is in the current [and future] economic climate should get value investors diving in head first over the next few months. And IMO: once Finance is approved, CYM should witness new ATH's shortly there after.
...Eventually CYM's fundamentals will reign supreme.
