1. Dilution for funding is not off the table. However, Barry would ideally like to go all debt if possible.
2. Staffing issues have not been resolved.
Bit of a mixed bag if you ask me. Barry is continuing to be optimistic about funding / staffing / delays etc.
However, once again this might come back to haunt him if it looks like things will be under delivered.
Capex of up to $200mil is also a 4x increase from estimations originally made this time last year.
