I was at the game, dissapointed Australia threw the game away at the death.

I witnessed many people ignoring the QR code requirememnts as they wanted to get to their seats in time to watch the game.

Dan Andrews (and the AFL) definitly knew the lockdown was about to occur, all govenrments have make their decisions well before declaring it to the media or public.
