Theres no doubt that there is a possibility that TAP may be liable for damages greater then its current market cap. Im surprised that sp is where it is with such a heavy burden over the companies head. Obviously some feel the same way hence where the sp currently is but think theres still along way to go in the direction the sp has been going lately as a decision comes closer. Its not exactly a good risk/reward play and with such uncertainty around even if the company will still be trading once Alcoa is finished with them.
