why would we vote yes to a free cash grab of ultimately our money , if the board want to remain together get the renumeration comittee back together and re evaluate we are not your personal honey pot , and while your all in their remind yourself you have shareholders to answer to , you are supposed to be working for us that is your job , not institutions or brokers , your rewards for being creditable is something you should hold sacred , at the very least there should be a change to the renumeration committee with some members dropped immediately
