After reading all the above, my questions and concerns center around the fact that these two Non Execs have multiple positions on other companies. If they are holding down other board positions then 100% of there focus is NOT on ADN.

I want my board members paid correctly and if they are part timers then the remuneration should be reflective of that. Its not fair to other board members or us as shareholders if they are being paid excessively. What is clear is that their lack of communication and transparency has resulted in the unrest expressed on this forum. There is an easy fix of course and that is a statement of position from RG and AS.

But for what its worth, I think that all resolutions will be carried with a clear majority. I say this because of my experiences in other companies AGM's where shareholder unrest seemed mountainous. But lets see what happens.
