I also disagree with suggestions to make changes to the BoD before the company completes this formative phase and enters production.  I'd like the BoD supplemented at some point and the new Technical Advisory committee may eventually  allow that.

In general though @beachmat and @Merlin1066 echo my views fairly well.

I do think the renumeration report (Resolution 1) is cheeky given the share price performance and the failure of the company to adequately address the short attack.

In general though on progress I think the company has progressed as well as can be expected in light of the massive disruption caused by COVID (particularly to activities associated with marketing for offtakes). Delays are understandable. I don't think anyone here would do any better in managing the situation.
