Having read the ASA report, which is available to anyone to download, the ASA endorses and recommends shareholders vote FOR on each of the agenda items.
So that is a body, whose charter is to protect and support shareholders, after conducting due diligence is recommending that all items be passed FOR.
Worth a read for those looking for some clarity in regards to the matter.
