Hi, I've been watching Barra for quite a while and I can't quite understand why the share price has retreated to under 6c, which is around the levels it was trading at the height of the GFC. From June - August 2009, the share price displayed some strong gains on excellent volumes. However, since then it has all been down hill when any gains being very shortlived. Does anyone have some insight into this stock and possible reasons for the share price performance?
