fixed costs can be cut - the main fix cost of their salaries have to be cut by 70-80% until the virus is over and remaining corporate spend like I.T and marketing cut to a bare minimum. no point wasting cash.
Revenue will be zero as all the flights are closed. That i admit, but long term virus over will be fine.
