I find it strange why our government was obligated to release these people immediately into the Community.
This would suggest that the Judge must have assessed all the arguments put forwarded, came to a conclusion demanding there release.
Yet the public are told by the government that they aren’t aware why the lost the case initial receive a formal response.
Does a Judge have the powers to dictate the government without submitting any reasons.
If there was no reasons given by the Judge, u would think the government would’ve held them in custody until receiving the formal submission by the Judge.
