It did not make sense to me why two directors would sell back then.

And it made even less sense when I read on HC, that Airguide have been in China trying to find a buyer for AVZ assets.

Surely, this kind of strategy would have been discussed with Klaus before Airguide took their trip to China, right?

So why did Klaus sell back then, when he could have waited a few more weeks and got a better price in a Take Over?!?

Would you have sold your shares if you were in his position?

Furthermore, why is AVZ in a rush to sell "potentially" the Biggest Lithium resource in world now?

    What is the URGENCY?!?

If they sell too early, won't they be selling too cheap - especially when the "supposed" massive resource HAVE NOT been proven up.

Once proven up, surely AVZ would get a $1 Billion dollar plus,  right?

So why shouldn't they wait 6 months or a year (after the drilling) to sell it at a Billion plus dollars?!?

I have been investing since in my early 20s (now I am 45) and I have NEVER seen a situation where company directors are in a Rush to Sell the Crown Jewels of the company without a reason and without trying to prove up the resource first!!!

Anyone been in this situation before?
