The share price would have been here without sezzle acquisition. Anyone with half an understanding of articulating financials can see that all sezzle did, was speed up the downward trajectory.
if sezzle merge doesn’t go through, then it is even more likely to see further downside, as there is minimal reasons to see any upside, particularly in terms of market re rates
this is far from over
