    Not disagreeing with your logic but would point out the clear differences:

    NMT is HNRs largest shareholder and will want to remain so (Greenhouse get close under the new structure). The largest single value of HNR is…wait for it…NMT tech. So would be a pretty bad signal to not support and participate. And now there is a NMT board member.

    Wrt WIN, Chris’ Li connections should prove useful in finding an offtake partner. However, there is a avalanche of NMT funding requirements coming down over pretty much the same timeline as WIN. It would have to be an exceptionally good deal to divert financing cap from core projects.

    And, think there will be no shortage of suitors queuing up to do the finance rhumba with WIN. All smooth sailing from here.
