    Looks like the rumoured ACFI amendments that sent JHC/REG/EHE soaring early are different to those actually announced by the Health Dept late today. I am told Morgan Stanley has said the net impact on the listed stocks is nil and have not changed their valuation.

    Wondering what to do if and when they fall back...
