The company should not be putting out an announcement IF it has had discussions with any shareholders, be that Van Eck, State Street, Top 20 or a group of holders.

I would not want any company I own shares in to tell the market every time they have had dialogue with a holder.

Only once a VALID document has been served are they obliged to tell the market, and in the case of a VALID 249d they can wait upto 21 days from date of receipt.

Due process should be respected for ALL shareholders.
