yer l think l am a bit harsh, we all have stuff ups, maybe loose 30%+ on original investments at times. NHC is fine but l think you need to have it as part of a diversified portfolio of a range of holdings. one will be up one will be done. 12 months later it often reverses. buying just one share is a receipt for financial disaster. why not buy a base index and just add to it every year?
