Starting to agree with this, recently travelled interstate on QAN, had no option to acquit unused travel credits (since covid 2020 cancellation) or lose them. QAN is becoming more like a low grade, low service, even lower attention to customer service, basic airline with a very disillusioned front-line staff. The meals (near frozen salad with cardboard biscuits) were lesser quality than a frozen takeaway meal from a Coles store.
The incumbent CEO claims as to better attention to customers and staff are nothing more than tick the box type window dressing.
