Will TGA have to consider another nasal spray trial?

Today FRE has announced this successful ph3 trial of Nasodine nasal spray. Like Starpharma SPL7013 the claim is common cold treatment / prevention. TGA hasn’t approved any respiratory virus nasal sprays since before the pandemic but did approve ARTG for EXPORT of Nasodine which is made in Laverton in mid 2020. FRE was taking TGA to the AAT but high legal costs caused them to withdraw the action.
Wondering if although building up international market, a renewed effort to enter Nasodine in ARTG for Australian pharmacy sales will open an opportunity for VIRALEZE™ to be registered based on the independant study in the UK NHS Hospital funded by UK Regulator MHRA and peer reviewed in PHARMACEUTICALS peer reviewed paper Sept 2024 which strangely the delegate in the Sched 2 decision re Astodrimer sodium as nasal spray May 2024 refused to acknowledge the UK clinical study inferring it was still on going research when the preprint had been given to the TGA before decision as evidenced in TGA FOI

With few vaccinations provided free by the govt, it seems the main argument about people using effective nasal sprays might avoid vaccinations is DEAD now and freedom to spray our noses regularly with proven products needs revisiting
