I agree, I dont think it's a financial issue but a reporting issue as the regulators have been chasing the reports for ages and just decided put some extra pressure on. The regulators must have their reports, im not sure which ones they are anymore.

Me too but the reality is we need to keep the regulators happy first and get trading again with hopefully a better plan than when we went into suspension 18 months ago.
I would love to be positive about things with CGB but at this stage the most important thing is getting things sorted out with regulators. It would be a bummer to miss the DEA announcement possible market bounce.
I mean this nicely, If they do relist I hope they are just a Boring drama free well run profitable cannabis company.
