Molopo Australia Limited (MPO) is an Australian based gas producer and explorer with a diversified portfolio of conventional and unconventional gas projects in Australia, South Africa, China and North America. We expect production and reserves to increase significantly in coming years
from the development of an extensive pipeline of projects, establishing MPO as a significant gas producer. Our base and unrisked valuation are $1.55 and $6.40 /diluted share respectively. We are initiating coverage with a Buy recommendation and a 12 month price target of $1.75 /share on a risk adjusted DCF basis, representing a total shareholder return of 116 %.
