forgot to add, and have mentioned this to others, that if russain troops pull back from the capital as is now being suggested- i am very concern this could be a sign that chemical or other weapon could be used else putin would be dropping them on is troops, but would not put it past him to scarific a few thousand of his own to get his glory.
and while that is off topic with would cause share market around the world to crash.
