    Wouldn't suprise me, given the SPP finishes next week. I've seen insto's do this before - keep the price inside the issue price until SPP finishes and is cleared, so there isnt quick profit taking for retail. Have been expecting the share price to sit in the 25-27c range until the SPP finishes, then I suspect we'll see it run back up into the 30's.
