    Did any of you guys run the calc on the positive cash flow calc and consequent LVR. Position. IMO that's still looking like a 25% LVR, without personal guarantees or alternate securities. I would anticipate with a 5.99% Liberty interest rate plus Doma's 0.088 take, the resulting Max LVR won't look flash.
