IMO, you cannot necessarily apply metrics such as PE or revenue multiple for fast growing companies like WOA... These metrics are used for more stable companies... I have seen companies trade at 1000s x revenue as long as the medium term outlook has a fast growing aspect and huge potential... If the potential is there for big profits in the future the company will trade higher... Afterpay is worth almost $20b and it earns no profit...It trades high because investors think there will be large profits in the future... PNV has a market cap of $1.5b on $15m revenue, that's 100x...
If we hear that WOAs burger is a goer and will be commercialised then before they make any profits or revenue the market will bid it up massively because they think large revenue will happen in the future
