I agree Ant. If we can get over the fact that it has taken a longer than orig thought, then it definitely is closer to an outcome for PASS Contracts - one way or another, good or bad.
As to whether the outcome is favourable or not - well isn't it just as possible/probable now as it was 6 or 9 mths ago. The fundamentals haven't changed as far as I can see.
The only thing that has changed, I think, is the patience factor.
