You have raised concernsthat Wolf Petroleum Ltd has failed to provide updates to shareholders and wasremoved from the official ASX listing, as a consequence its shares have ceasedbeing traded on the ASX.

ASIC is aware of theissues you have raised. We are currently taking prosecution action against WolfPetroleum Limited regarding non-lodgement of the 2018 and 2019 Annual FinancialReports, not holding the AGM’s for 2018 and 2019 and for not reporting tomembers/ shareholder. The first court mention date is on 9 March 2021 at theSutherland Local Court in NSW.
